Diann Jeppson

Diann Jeppson has been deeply engaged in building statesmen for over a decade. As the founder and current president of American Youth Leadership Institute, she administrates clubs and events that support leadership education, including the Thomas Jefferson Education Forum in Salt Lake City, Utah, and constitutional convention simulations for youth. Children and youth in over forty chapters enjoy four different club structures: Liberty Girls, Knights of Freedom, Young American Stateswomen Association and Statesmanship Club. She brings to the table her experience with creating environments and experiences that inspire greatness in others, whether through vision and initiative or through administrative strategy.

Diann Jeppson co-authored A Thomas Jefferson Education Home Companion with Oliver and Rachel DeMille. With business partner Jodie Palmer, she co-owns HomeFires, a leadership education seminar and mentoring company, which produces the TJEd Basic Training Course. The mission of HomeFires is Building Families that Build Statesmen.

She has published instruction manuals on parliamentary procedure and enjoys teaching the same. Other past experience includes serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors and later as Treasurer for the Midwives College of Utah and serving as a former Workshop Chairman for the Utah Home Education Association Convention.

She received a bachelor's degree in statesmanship and is a Master’s in Education candidate at George Wythe College. She and her husband Adam live in West Valley City, Utah, with their four daughters.

“To build men and women of virtue, wisdom, diplomacy, and courage
who inspire greatness in others and move the cause of liberty.”
