Monica Crockett Gardner, M.F.T. has been a licensed Marriage, Family and Child Therapist for over 20 years. Her first job as a Therapist was working at Long Beach Police Department, where she investigated over 1,000 cases of child abuse. Leaving LBPD, Monica became the director of a counseling center and eventually owned her own center while continuing to work on some of the state's high profile child abuse cases.
After marrying her wonderful husband, Gary, the couple chose to move to Utah where Monica could be with family, be a full-time mother and leave behind the harsher side of her business. She has remained in part-time private practice centered on her favorite work; saving families through couple counseling.
Monica holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University in Pre-clinical Psychology with a minor emphasis in History. She earned a Master of Arts degree in Marriage, Family and Child Counseling from the University of California, Northridge and is currently pursuing a PhD in Constitutional Law at George Wythe College. She enjoys speaking to all types of organizations, teaching at GWC and home-schooling her 3 beautiful children.
