Mark V. Withers

Mr. Withers served as an attorney for 17 years and is licensed in Idaho, Texas, and Utah. His career has included several fields, and he currently serves as the Idaho Deputy Attorney General in the Human Services Division in Region VII of Idaho which includes the nine counties of upper SE Idaho. He served seven years on active duty with the Air Force as a judge advocate stationed in Arizona, South Carolina, Idaho, and Oman and for five years with a law firm in Idaho, specializing in criminal cases, domestic cases, personal injury matters, and workers compensation issues. Mr Withers also worked for one year with Exxon Company in Houston and for one year as a clerk on the Idaho Supreme Court. Mark and his wife Camille have eight children. He is fluent in Spanish and plays the violin. Mr. Withers graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Idaho in 1987 and magna cum laude with a juris doctorate degree from Brigham Young University in 1990.
