Tiffany is President and co-founder of Leadership Education Mentoring Institute, (LEMI) a company that trains mentors how to teach through freedom instead of coersion and manipulation. She is the author of Inteligro Math, The Thomas Jefferson Planner--with Oliver Van DeMille, The New Commonwealth School--with Aneladee J. Milne, and the co-creator of the Scholar Project™.
