Assistant to Registrar Position Open April 30th
Part-time, 25 hours per week  

SUMMARY

Aid in Building the Institution by providing professional service to George Wythe College students.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Data Entry (QuickBooks, academic records, etc.)
  2. Perform general clerical duties.
  3. Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  1. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Knowledge of telephone protocol.
  3. Computer literate with the ability to learn new software applications.
  4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office necessary, particularly Word and Excel.
  5. Visibility of work requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.
  6. Own laptop preferred.
