Assistant to Registrar Position Open April 30th
Part-time, 25 hours per week
SUMMARY
Aid in Building the Institution by providing professional service to George Wythe College students.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data Entry (QuickBooks, academic records, etc.)
- Perform general clerical duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of telephone protocol.
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new software applications.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office necessary, particularly Word and Excel.
- Visibility of work requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.
- Own laptop preferred.
