GWC REFUND POLICY

All enrollments are subject to a three business day cooling-off period, commencing with the day an initial deposit or payment toward tuition and fees of the institution is made, until midnight of the third business day following such date, during which time the contract may be rescinded and all monies paid refunded. A written statement of withdrawal received by George Wythe College or postmarked before midnight of the third business day, shall be deemed as meeting the terms of the cooling-off period. On-Campus/Distance
In order to receive a refund, any enrolled On-campus or Distance Studies student who is dismissed or who withdraws following the cooling-off period must submit a written statement of withdrawal and refund request. George Wythe College shall retain $200 of tuition and/or fees as a nonrefundable registration charge. A percentage of all tuition/fees paid, or scheduled to be paid, over and above the nonrefundable registration fee shall be refunded for the current academic period within thirty days of his/her discontinuing. All monies shall be refunded according to the Tuition Refund Schedule below.

Extension
In order to receive a refund, any enrolled Extension student who is dismissed or who withdraws following the cooling-off period must submit a written statement of withdrawal and refund request. George Wythe College shall retain $75 of tuition and/or fees as a nonrefundable registration charge. A percentage of all tuition/fees paid, or scheduled to be paid, over and above the nonrefundable registration fee shall be refunded for the current academic period within thirty days of his/her discontinuing. All monies shall be refunded according to the Tuition Refund Schedule below.

Statesmanship Seminars
In order to receive a refund, any enrolled Statesmanship Seminar student who is dismissed or who withdraws following the coolingoff period must submit a written statement of withdrawal and refund request. George Wythe College shall retain $125 of tuition and/or fees as a nonrefundable registration charge. A percentage of all tuition/fees paid, or scheduled to be paid, over and above the nonrefundable registration fee shall be refunded for the current academic period within thirty days of his/her discontinuing. All monies shall be refunded according to the Tuition Refund Schedule below.

Tuition Refund Schedule
After the cooling-off period, tuition is partially refundable to students who request it in writing. GWC will observe the following schedule for refunding tuition/fees:
