Lincoln on Statesmanship
May 23-24, 2008

Was Lincoln the greatest American President? Certainly he was on the level of Washington, Jefferson and Roosevelt. One thing seems certain: Lincoln was faced with the hardest decisions in American History. Like other great statesmen, from Cicero to Burke, Pericles to Churchill, and Gandhi to Martin Luther King, Jr. his choices, writings and ideas are profound, important and timely even in our day. In this seminar we’ll discuss the most vital speeches of Abraham Lincoln. Don’t miss this incredible study of statesmanship.
